Plagal Cadence

A means of getting back to the tonic from IV, the progression is typically: ivm - bVIIx - I.
Although this is seriously non-diatonic, being a ii - V in the key of bIII, it sounds natural and familiar. It is a commonly used trick.
As ivm and bVIIx are functionally similar, the sequences ivm - I or bVII - I could also be used. iiØ is another chord with similar function that could be used.
